Today Sat 11/30/24 Is Approximately My 15th Time Eating At Boo-Ray's Since My 1st Time On 9/5/24 (Which Should Speak For Itself ?) #1) Today I Had The Jambalaya Pasta & A Half Order Of The New Crab Boil. Both Dishes Were "Absolutely Delicious ??" #2) As A Excellent ??? Cook, I'm Very Picky When It Comes To Food, And I Can Truly Say This Is A Genuine Review. #3) The Prices & Atmosphere Are Always Great! * Conclusion: "Pappadeaux's" Use To Be My Favorite Restaurant, But I Can Honestly Say, Boo-Ray's Has Taken The Crown ???.
Jalapeno Catfish
The dish was good, yet not as seasoned as I was hoping. I was expecting a Cajun kick with it being "jalapeno" . I will try something different next time.
Grilled or Blackened Chicken
I love the way it I was cooked it wasn't too salty it was just right it was perfect I love the way the groups put the food they take their time and when they come out it looks so pretty and it be so delicious and on top of all the food is delicious even the desserts
Cedar Plank Salmon
Please add "Requires 30 min to cook" to your Door Dash menu. The dasher waited 20 minutes for our order. Our fried foods waited on the counter as you prepared the salmon. Your customers deserve to know how their orders are handled. I expected a more effective system for handling to-go orders. Very disappointed!

Boo-Ray's Crawfish Etouffee is a must-try dish! After spending considerable time in Baton Rouge and tasting many different etouffees, I can confidently say that Boo-Ray's offers an etouffee that rivals any I have had in the Baton Rouge area. The generous portion sizes only enhance the overall experience. I can't wait to return to Boo-Ray's for more of this incredible dish!
Fried Catfish
This is absolutely the best catfish in Texas. It's so fresh, seasoned and cooked to profession. I'm totally hooked!

Blackened Chicken Salad
This is the best salad I have ever had. So fresh and chicken is great!! I also love the blackened chicken grilled corn.
